Loss, Disappointment and God
During this retreat help the participants to name and explore those things in their lives (big and small) which have brought the pain of loss and disappointment while also helping them to discovery how this has impacted who we are and how we see and experience God. We invited them to look at God's role in all this and explore how God uniquely journeys with us as one who journey's with bringing love and healing to our broken lives.
We looked at the grief cycle, the role of honesty of ourselves and God as critical components in the process of dealing with loss.
