All our spiritual directors have been hand picked by us after having gone through an intensive interview process. Each director receives supervision and ongoing training from us. Each has graduated from a two-year spiritual direction program and has agreed to our statement of faith and philosophy of spiritual direction. Our directors come from a wide variety of vocational and ministerial backgrounds.
