Jesus‘ Words from the Cross
Our focus for this retreat will be what is known as the Seven Words of Jesus. The seven words of Jesus refers to the statements Jesus makes as he hangs upon the cross. Additionally, we will be exploring Christ crucified. This is a pivotal truth which is often overlooked or even ignored by us protestants yet is of critical importance to understand and embrace if we are to live a life of faith. This is a powerful and challenging retreat.
This is a timely retreat for the Lenten season and in preparation for Good Friday and Easter.
As with all b retreats, this retreat will incorporate some brief teaching, reflective group time as well as ample individual time for you to be alone with God.
